Cirrus SR22T Ownership Program
HOW IT WORKS
Not a Pilot? Not a Problem!
Owning an airplane is life changing, plain and simple (just ask the ultra-wealthy). The reality is that it has taken way too long for private aviation to reach the general public in a meaningful way. The program that you’re looking at is going to change that.
First, a reality check. Airplanes are expensive. There’s no “sugar coating” that fact. Private jets (new or used), carry a purchase price of many millions of dollars (US). A forty (40) year old propeller driven airplane can sell for nearly half a million dollars (US). A brand new Cirrus SR22T (this program’s aircraft), sells for over a million dollars (US).
The fact is, any program that enables the general public to own a million dollar aircraft has to be structured in a way that multiple parties will share the cost of ownership. Otherwise, it’s frankly not possible.
In essence we’re creating a large partnership through shared ownership. The key difference is that we find the partners (or owners) and manage the entire process of ownership. From the aircraft purchase to the aircraft sale, we handle all of the aircraft management details so you can focus on the things that matter to you.
SAFETY
Cirrus Aircraft are well known for their dedication to safety. The Cirrus Airframe Parachute System (CAPS®) revolutionized the small aircraft market when it was introduced with the SR20 in the 1990s. Currently, every Cirrus SR22T has this life saving system installed in it, making this aircraft the only certified high performance single engine piston aircraft in its class to offer this equipment.
AIRCRAFT FEATURES
The SR22T is state of the art in every way. When it comes to the passenger experience, the SR22T features amenities more similar to larger private jets. You’ll appreciate the comfortable interior, perfect for relaxing while flying. With the most modern technology including inflight connectivity through SpaceX’s Starlink® you’ll always be connected while in the air.

So how much will this cost?
Aircraft ownership is provided through shared ownership in the respective aircraft’s LLC and all prospective owners must meet Accredited Investor Qualifications. The aircraft LLC is divided into fifteen-hundred (1500) units. One hundred (100) Class A units and fourteen-hundred (1400) Class B units. Only Class B units are available for purchase. The minimum ownership position is 1/8th of the 1400 Class B units (175). You may purchase as many positions (or shares) up to the maximum available at the time of purchase. There are no hourly caps on use, however 1/8th ownership equates to 175 hours available for long term scheduling annually per share. While it’s highly unlikely that each share would use the aircraft to this maximum, individual aircraft use above this is not guaranteed.

**Annual Combined fees include the bop Aero Management fee and the Aircraft Ownership fee (which includes estimated aircraft maintenance and fixed costs including insurance and storage).
***AVGAS ~$6/gal × 18 gph + Oil ~$1.66 (1 qt.) every 5 hrs.
****Estimated cost per hour does not include operational costs such as fuel or a pilot (if applicable). Year 1 includes the share purchase and annual fees; additional years include annual fees only.
